- Develop and lead a team of employees to achieve business goals and drive success for the store.
- Provide exceptional customer service and ensure that all customers have a positive experience while shopping at Kroger.
- Participate in the Store Leader Bench program and actively engage in training and development opportunities to enhance leadership skills.
- Take ownership of the store's financial performance and work to achieve sales, profit, and expense targets.
- Monitor and maintain inventory levels to ensure product availability and minimize waste.
- Create and implement strategies to increase sales and improve overall store performance.
- Foster a positive and inclusive work environment by promoting diversity and providing opportunities for employee growth and development.
- Ensure compliance with all company policies and procedures, as well as local, state, and federal regulations.
- Collaborate with other store leaders and corporate teams to share best practices and drive continuous improvement.
