Responsibilities

  1. Monitor and maintain a safe and secure environment for customers and co-workers at all times.
  2. Conduct regular safety and security checks throughout the store and report any issues or hazards to management.
  3. Implement and enforce safety protocols and procedures to ensure compliance with company standards and regulations.
  4. Train and educate co-workers on safety procedures and best practices to promote a culture of safety within the workplace.
  5. Investigate and document any safety or security incidents, and provide detailed reports to management.
  6. Collaborate with other departments, such as operations and human resources, to identify and address potential safety concerns.
  7. Utilize surveillance and other security equipment to monitor store activities and identify any potential risks or threats.
  8. Respond to and resolve any safety or security issues that may arise, including emergency situations.
  9. Stay updated on local, state, and federal safety regulations and ensure compliance within the store.
  10. Maintain accurate records and documentation related to safety and security measures, incidents, and training.
